It’s been raining all day today and since I will not be leaving the house I decided…let’s bake something. Why not? I decided to do something a little different aside from the usual chocolate or vanilla cupcake.
You can use any recipe for white cake that you like, but to give it the white chocolate flavor I stirred in about 3 oz melted white baking chocolate. Mmmmm.
Before I put the cupcakes into the oven, I topped them with a few chocolate chips and a light sprinkle of cocoa powder to give them an extra bit of chocolate flavor.
Now for the frosting, I used 2 different flavors. White Chocolate Butter Cream and Raspberry Butter Cream. This cupcake was like an explosion to my taste buds. It was my first time every trying these flavors together, and now I am so ready to explore more flavor combinations.
